The prompt for today was 'Red Barn'. This is obviously a very American thing as I can't really recall seeing red barns as such here in the UK or in NZ - sure we have barns, but they aren't generally painted red, although quite often the roofing iron is red. So I had to look up 'Red Barn' pictures on the internet.
This is my interpretation of one of the pictures I found. Painted freehand, very quickly quite late this afternoon as I wanted to get it done while there was still some natural daylight.
My 'Photo a Day for the Month of October' is:
'If you go down to the woods today...'
I wasn't sure what I was going to do for today's photo, but it ended up 'Potters Bear' out and about.
Meanwhile my husband has been pruning trees at our son's house.
While I admired the Hebe.
On the health front I am being referred to both a Vascular Surgeon and a Rheumatologist as the outcome of my appointment with the specialist on Thursday last week is that I have different things going on. Hopefully those appointments should come through asap as I could hardly walk today with the pain in my left hip - which has migrated from the usual hamstring tendonopathy I have. We won't even talk about the rest of the pain that is going on in my body at the moment!
