This morning I just did a relatively short walk as I started to get ear ache on the way round...it didn't seem especially cold and I did have my hat on, but the wind obviously caught them. This in turn led to a headache/migraine and a slight feeling of nausea all day despite taking some paracetamol and going back to bed for a couple of hours.
On my walk though I saw dog fox on his prowl of the bay...I stood and watched him for a few brief moments before he realised he was being watched and dashed off.
The previous morning I saw a couple of beautiful pheasants in a field. I often hear them, but hadn't actually seen them, they flew off pretty pronto before I could get any photos.
I took a series of what I think would have been excellent photos of the Green Woodpecker that visits our garden, only to realise later I didn't have the card in the camera so that was pretty gutting.
The rest of the day I spent sewing items for my Etsy shop for when it re-opens. I made a couple of waistcoats (had already made two a few days ago) and several pairs of shorts.
Sorry to read about your ear ache. Hope you are feeling better.
ReplyDeleteThanks, the earache went quite quickly, I do sometimes get pain when it is really cold, it was just the resulting headache that left me feeling not so good. All better now though thank you.
