~Wednesday's Walk~

I have had a fairly 'static' day today, it has been dreary and overcast and I was cold, so I lit the fire and have been doing some knitting.  By late afternoon though I felt I needed to get out for some fresh air so I took myself off on a walk.

I followed a different track today which was fun.

I ended up down the bay via a completely different route.

This fungi on the tree was amazing.

Looks like someone has been doing a spot of 'building'.

Love this stone wall.

Down the steps I go.

I  took a photo of this slip back in February but from a different angle (shown below).  I ought to have taken both shots from the same angle!  Perhaps next time.

I just sat here for a while listening to the waves lapping the shore.  It was so lovely and peaceful.

  1. That was a very low stone wall. I wonder what it was supposed to keep in or out.

I went out for a good walk today too. I met no one.
