On Friday 6th March we had a lovely walk with the dogs over at Totland Bay. (Hubby had come down for a couple of days with the dogs for a visit)
It was a lovely afternoon, although quite cold.
Colourful beach huts ready for the warmer weather.
The sea rolling over the rocks.
On the way home we stopped at Brook Bay
The footpath down to the bay has been closed due to slippage, but we saw people down there and we could have made it down without a problem, but Percy was cold and tired, and being blind it would have been more difficult for him, so we thought it best to leave that for another day.
Just stunning though.
Beautiful but, despite the sun, I could feel the chill. In some of the photos though you could have been back in New Zealand.
ReplyDeleteYes it was pretty chilly! I think that is why I like it so much down here, parts of it really do remind me a lot of New Zealand.
DeleteSome wonderful walks there.
ReplyDeleteThere are indeed.
