That is just what I did walking and working in the garden today!
I made more of an effort today to get outside and went for a lovely new walk this morning that took me into Whitwell, then Niton and home. It was a nice almost circular walk and a good contrast to what I normally do.
A pair of geese on a pond with their goslings.
I didn't take many photos on my walk today...I did try and get one of a little bird, but some people came up behind me with a couple of dogs and scared it away.
The newly ploughed and sowed fields are looking really green with the
My rosebush by my gate.
It is really beautiful.
I took this through the patio doors as I was eating lunch today, so not the best photo of the crow taking a bath.
I discovered paved edging round the side garden that runs up the fence line today so started to clear it.
Already starting to look a bit better.
Once cleared properly this will make it easier to mow as well.
I mowed the whole back and top garden with the exception of the orchard today.
This tree is clearly dead so I decided to cut it back as far as I could.
Eventually I will replace this with another tree.
Fruit on a tree...not sure what!
Salad vegetables growing well. I had some with my lunch today.
Chard growing well. I picked off some leaves to have with my dinner.
Love finding different flowers starting to bloom in the garden, a constant surprise and delight.
Two seagulls on the chimney on the house across the road.
The garden this afternoon. Just perfect. The sea is such a darker blue today.
