Yes indeed we have, we have all the proof plus an existing hedge and fence that was planted when the owners previous to the people we bought the property from planted when they bought the extra land at the back. The line runs straight across the back, it doesn't 'dog leg' down a couple of metres in front of our water tank! Which is what they had done. It is entirely unacceptable. We will get in a surveyor if necessary. Hopefully it won't come to that and they will accept our current evidence which are the plans, aerial photographs etc... Plus they had FIVE years previous to us moving in to discuss the boundary with the previous owners if they thought there was a problem. But they didn't. I think I know why they have tried doing this - there is an ulterior motive.
