The dappled sunlight on the path through the woods looked so inviting to day as I walked down to the bay.
Sadly this was what greeted me.... seems those young beer drinking men of the other day didn't take their beer cans with them...they ought to be ashamed at themselves! Unfortunately I didn't have a bag with me to pick it up and bring it home, otherwise I would, but with the virus and their obvious disregard to 'social distancing' I didn't want to risk catching something. I will make sure I have a bag and gloves with me when I go down today and if it hasn't been washed away I will pick it up and bring it home to dispose of.
It was quite breezy down on the shore, but still beautiful and the breeze is a great way to blow out the fuzzy feeling from sitting around sewing.
I walked up past the old village church today.
Stunning flowers in the churchyard.
Love the bell at the top.
Views from the churchyard.
A peaceful place to visit.
I've been taking part in a little capsule wardrobe challenge for the Tiny Rag Dolls which is a bit of fun. I love this outfit I made for this little one.
The idea is to make a mix n match wardrobe. All the fabric tops are completely reversible. So that is eight tops in four.
I have also made a little felt jacket for her.
Just little things to keep me busy.
The guinea pigs got cleaned out and I even managed to get some towels washed and dried. Hanging them over an airer in the lounge in front of the patio doors dries things very efficiently with the sun streaming through which it did even though it was intermittent.
