Sunday saw me enjoying a lovely walk at Sandown. It was a perfect day, if not a little chilly!
The war memorial looked lovely from all the tributes left in November on Remembrance Day.

ReplyDeleteWe used to sail past Sandown Bay once a year in the annual round the island yacht race. I have also cycled there a few time from the ferry at Fishbourne (the hills are a bit challenging). If that is your local beach you are very fortunate indeed.
