Fed Up

I should feel great...I am taking all the 'right' minerals and vitamins, (and have been since April/May) eating the right diet, walking daily, and yet I continually feel worse each day, and more exhausted and sore after each walk. Feeling completely and utterly fed up and without hope.   I don't dye my hair, so no nasty chemicals going into my body, I have no fillings, the list can go on.  I'm too young to keep feeling so flipping bad.

Needless to say after my trying to feel positive start on Monday, I have achieved nothing since and the bathroom is still in disarray as I just don't have the energy or low enough pain levels to continue.

  1. Well, that royally sucks. Having been stuck in a why-is-my-body-betraying-me? situation before, I feel for you. Hug the guinea pigs, and I hope you feel better.

  2. I just stumbled across your blog blog hopping. Your symptoms sound similar to mine. I've been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. You will need to see a rheumatologist to get diagnosed. Joint stiffness and joint swelling are also symptoms. Hope this helps.

    1. Thank you. They don't think it is Fibro, and have certainly ruled out Polymylagia which can be tested for...but I haven't seen a rheumatologist yet. (I will be asking to see a muscular/skeletal person and a rheumatologist at some stage...) I don't have joint swelling, whether I have joint stiffness is debatable....I'm waiting to see the guy who operated on me almost 9 years ago to see if the 'poor filling of the subclavian and axillary arteries' is anything to do with the extra problems I am having.

Thank you for visiting and taking the time to comment, my posts hopefully aren't always so depressing!

  3. I'm not surprised that you're at your wit's end. You HAVE tried so many things which, as you say, have not worked. You have my sincere sympathies.

  5. Hi Lorraine -
I'm so sorry to hear this. It's very difficult to function under the burden of constant pain. I really hope your upcoming medical appointments yield some kind of answers.
