I had a lovely walk today. I actually drove to the walk, as I knew I wouldn't have the stamina to walk from home. I stupidly paid the £2.50 fee parking only to then be told by someone that parking is currently free during the coronavirus crisis. Oh well...
I hadn't done this walk before, but thought it would be a cooler place to walk due to the shelter of the bush. I was right it was really lovely.

Little plumes of smoke coming from them, and you could hear a rumble. I guess they have their engines ticking over. I've duplicated some of the photos as I took one with each camera. Amazing how the colours come out so different.

There were a few people making the most of the good day, but all sensibly away from each other. No large groups like I saw Bank Holiday Friday BEFORE lockdown was eased.
It was a really lovely beach.
I didn't stay there for long, just had a walk along the beach and the concrete boardwalk and back as it was so hot.

I am not sure what this building is. I suspect a lookout point at some point in the past.
Shortly after this I was back at the car park so I made my way home for lunch.
A really lovely walk out and a perfect walk to avoid the heat of the day.
Amazing to think last week I could hardly walk down to the end of the driveway!
