A Lovely Sunday

Saturday & Sunday dinner...a lovely cheese, onion and pumpkin flan

Fresh bread rolls for lunch.

'Ingrid Bergman'

More luscious roses.

It has been a very enjoyable and relaxing Sunday.

Percy and Stanley have been bonding very well and have enjoyed playing together.

My MIL came round for an ice cream in the afternoon and we sat on the patio and watched the birds and dogs in the garden.

A little Blue Tit drinking in the hot weather.

  1. I'm doing some catching up today. Your new puppy has quite a handle. What will he be known as?
You've been hard at work tidying your kitchen. Maybe I'll get inspired too. These lazy days of August tempt one to sit and read.
As always the Roses are lovely.

    1. We are calling him Stanley. :-) It is always tempting to sit and read - either when it is very hot, or very cold!

Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment, always appreciated.

  2. Super cute pooches! All my blue tits seem to have gone on their holidays. The only thing drinking out of my bird bath is the giant turkey sized wood pigeon!

    1. Thanks for popping by ;-) We aren't seeing a lot of birds around at the moment - we got a few last week when it was cold and drizzly. We have two turkey sized wood pigeons in our garden, but not seen even them for a while!
